Who is responsible for your data

Rodrigo García Gil. Contact: info.avendori@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

When you fill in the form, we collect your name, phone number, postcode and the details you give us about the work you need. We use them for one purpose only: to handle your quote request.

Who we share it with

To answer your request, we pass your details to a local double glazing installer in Leicester or Leicestershire, who will contact you about a quote. That company becomes a separate controller of your data for any dealings it has with you.

Forms are sent using the Web3Forms service. If we add a phone line, calls may be handled by a cloud telephony provider and you will be told at the start of the call if it is recorded.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give when you send the form.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than twelve months unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info.avendori@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
